Court Reinstated Imo Assembly Member Sworn In

Mr.Emeka Nduka, the member representing Ehime Mbano State constituency, who was instated by the Appeal Court, as winner of the March 9 State Assembly election, has been sworn in as member of the Imo State House of Assembly.

Speaker of the House, Chiji Collins performed the swearing in.

The Speaker congratulated Mr.Nduka, after he took his oath of allegiance.

Nduka is the only lawmaker of the All Progressive Congress, APC in the House of Assembly.

The Appeal Court had nullified the election of Hon.Lawman Duruji of the PDP.
