Owerri Municipal is wearing a new look in line with the directive of Governor Emeka Ihedioha to Council Chairmen, that the local governments should be kept clean ahead of the festive season.
It has been observed that Owerri Municipal, the state capital has been fully decorated courtesy by the Council Chairman, Hon.Ebere Chukwemeka, ABJ, who has taken proactive measures to decorate the municipality.
Most strategic areas in the city have alao been beautified to the admiration of residents of Owerri who are delighted with the decorations.
In recent times, the Council boss has been sighted at strategic areas in the municipality, particularly at the warehouse junction, Owerri inspecting the decorations.
