Imo Guber: Supreme Court Gives Verdict Jan 13

The Supreme Court is expected to give verdict, January 13, 2020 on Imo governorship election.

The Election Petition Tribunal and Appeal Court had upheld the election of Hon.Emeka Ihedioha as duly elected Governor of Imo State.

The Courts had dismissed the Petitions filed by governorship candidates of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Senator Hope Uzodinma, All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, governorship candidate, Senator Ifeanyi Araraume and Action Alliance governorship candidate, Uche Nwosu.

Nwosu suffered a technical blow in his case when the Supreme Court ruled him out of the governorship contest citing his dual nomination as governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC and Action Alliance, AA.
