Frontline politician in Imo State, Hon Mike Nwachukwu has advised Governor Hope Uzodinma to commence without delay the process of healing “divide and bruised egos” with a view of building bridges of reconciliation in the State.
Nwachukwu, the 2019 APGA Senatorial candidate, Imo East Senatorial zone (Owerri zone), in a statement, also congratulated Senator Uzodinma on his affirmation as Governor of Imo State by the Supreme Court.
He said “Your Excellency, I do not have any doubt in me that you will without delay commence the process of healing the “divide” and “bruised egos” with a view to building bridges of reconciliation in our dear State whilst at the same time initiating Quick Win Projects (QWP) which will go a long way to ameliorating the failed infrastructure – particularly road infrastructure, plaguing our State. So, it is, with addressing the plight of our retired folks (pensioners’) and serving Civil Servants.
He said the judgment of the Supreme Court is a restoration of the will of the people of Imo State which they freely expressed during the March 9, 2019 Governorship election and God’s design for Imo State.

“The judgement of the Supreme Court affirming His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Odidika Uzodinma of the All Progressive Congress, APC as the duly elected Governor of Imo State, is clearly a manifestation of the will of the people of Imo State which they freely expressed during the March 9, 2019 Governorship Election and God’s own design for Imo State. The restoration of the mandate by the Supreme Court is also huge plus for our State as we rediscover the path of taking our dear State to the next level.
“I, Chief Mike Nwachukwu, Mpi Dike Egbelu Obube, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Senatorial Candidate for Imo East (Owerri) Senatorial Zone in the 2019 General Election, hereby offer you my congratulations on your elevation by God, In His Infinite Mercy as our new Executive Governor.
