Domestic Violence: Wife Chops Off Hubby’s Nose, Tongue In Owerri

A woman is alleged to have chopped off her husband’s nose and tongue in Owerri, Imo State capital

The victim is said to be a medical doctor attached to a Federal Government owned hospital in the State.

The incident occurred at World Bank Housing Estate where the couple live.

Details of what led to the scuffle could not be ascertained as at press time.

But it was gathered that the weird wife after allegedly chopping off her husband’s tongue and nose, called her mother in law to come and carry his son’s corpse.

The victim is receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri

The latest incident is the fourth consecutive case of domestic violence in the State.
