Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has made some appointments.
He had promised to constitute a Task Force to monitor critical roads undergoing construction in the State.
This newspaper learnt that a seven man committee headed by the State Deputy Governor, Prof Placid Njoku was set up by the Governor.

The Committee was inugurated by the Deputy Governor.
Our findings reveal that the Committee is saddled with the task of ensuring the construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of roads embarked on his predecessor.
In a related development, Governor Uzodinma has approved the appointment of Mrs Ruby Emele as Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs..
He had also approved the appointment of Hon.Mac Donald Ebere, as Special Adviser on Sanitation and General Manager, ENTRACO.
The Governor also approved the appointment of Innocent Ikpeamaeze as General Manager, Owerri Capital Development Authority, OCDA and Batos Nwadike, Special Adviser, Political Affairs.
