Globe Motors Founder, Willie Anumudu has passed on.
Sir Anumudu, a business mogul is one of the frontline players in Nigeria’s automobile industry.
Socialite Dele Momodu, who announced the death of his bossom friend wrote on his twitter handle “One of Nigeria’s biggest car dealers WILLY ANUMUDU has died! The Chairman of GLOBE MOTORS, Victoria Island, suffered some health challenges few days ago and “was tested for COVID-19 which came out negative”. He was to be air-lifted to Germany this morning but died about 4am….
His local Government Area, Mbaitoli LGA has been thrown into mourning and confusion over his the demise.
An official statement is awaited from the family.
