Mr Isaac Akinmoyede is the new Imo State Commissioner of Police .He takes over from Olaniyi Fafawora who retired recently.
According to a statement by Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, the Inspector General of Police, also ordered the posting of the following:
Adamawa State – CP Olugbenga Adeyanju, fdc
Imo State – CP Isaac Olutayo Akinmoyede, fdc
FCID, FHQ, Abuja – CP Audu Adamu Madaki
Plateau State – CP Edward Chuka Egbuka
According to the statement, the IG enjoined citizens of the affected States to accord the CPs maximum support and cooperation.
The IGP also charged the newly posted officers to ensure that they effectively consolidate and improve on the performances of their predecessors.
