There are feelers that former Governor of Imo State and senator representing Imo West in the Senate, Senator Rochas Okorocha may cross over to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, from the All Progressive Congress, APC
The suspicion arose after Okorocha met with Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt, his second visit in one month.
In the first visit, the former governor was in Rivers State to commission a project.
But this time, his visit to the South-South State is to commiserate with Governor Wike over the demise of his uncle.
Okorocha has been involved lately in fierce altercations with Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, losing grip of the All Progressive Congress, APC in the state.
Governor Hope Uzodimma had last week accused the former Governor of securing new allies in the PDP.
Okorocha was arrested by the Police last week after he unsealed Royal Palm Estate, a property linked to his wife, which was sealed by officials of the Uzodimma administration.
Wike is one of the governors in the country elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
