Leader of the Movement For the Sovereign State Of Biafra, MASSOB, Ralph Uwazuruike, has advised South East Governors to take over Eastern Security Network, ESN from the grip of Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu, leader of Indigeneous People of Biafra, IPOB, had set up the Eastern Security Network, ESN to checkmate killer fulani herdsmen in the South East.

Uwazuruike told a World press conference in Owerri, Monday that Kanu lacks the capacity to lead the struggle for Biafra.

“The South East Governors should take over the Eastern Security Network, ESN from Kanu. They should demobilize and re train them.

“I recruited Nnamdi Kanu, and I can tell you, he is a nobody. I recruited him. He is inciting our youths and putting them on a harm’s way.

Uwazuruike expressed disaffection with the way Kanu is handling the agitation for Biafra.

“I pursued the issue of Biafra agitation through non violence.

“But what we have now is unacceptable.Blackmail has become the order of the day.

“Our people are dying, not the herdsmen. Some elements are insulting their leaders and blackmailing them.

“There is no respect anymore for Ohaneze Ndigbo, South East Governors and other prominent citizens of Igboland.

“I commend the likes of Governor Wike of Rivers State and Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State for standing their ground.

“The South East and South South Governors must resist attempts to turn the zones into a theater of war. And at no point will Igbo nation go to war.

“We are rather forcing the military to come in and kill our people.

“When I agitated for Biafra, I suffered humiliation and I never instigated attack on the Police and the military unlike the case now.

Uwazuruike however made it clear that a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction will not stop the agitation for Biafra.
