Chairmen of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Owerri Federal Constituency, have described Oyiga, real names, Gibson Njemanze, as an asset to the party, whose enormous contributions to the APC in Owerri Federal Constituency, and Imo State, remains enormous.
Known as “The Tripartite” Chairmen namely, Hon Ibezim Onyekachi (Owerri Municipal), Hon Kelechi Azike (Owerri North), Hon Humphrey Umunnakwe (Owerri West), recently visited Oyiga at his residence in Owerri, where they recalled his enormous contributons to the growth of the APC in the Federal Constituency and beyond.
Ibezim, who spoke on behalf of the visiting Chairmen, stated that it will be an “oversight”on the part of the APC Chairmen in Owerri Federal Constituency, if they fail to visit him to tap his vast knowledge and experience in politics and also solicit for his support in making the party a household name in Owerri Federal Constituency and in Imo State.

In his remarks, Oyiga, reiterated his resolve to sustain the party and it’s ideals in Imo State and in Owerri Federal Constituency.
He commended the delegation for the visit, stating that he remains a firm believer in those ideas that make APC formidable in Imo State.
He expressed delight with the achievements and giant strides recorded by Governor Hope Uzodimma in various sectors of the State, and called for support for the 3R mantra of the administration.
He also commended the three Chairmen for the visit, assuring to work with them for the overall advancement of the party in Owerri Constituency and across the State.
The immediate past SA to the Governor on Agriculture Development Programme, ADP, also advised the party Chairmen, to motivate their ward Chairmen to attract more persons to register with the party.
He also stressed the need for them to embark on sensitization in their various domains, to ensure the people participate in the ongoing voters card registration exercise.
He assured that he will continue to ensure the progress of the party across the State.
