Majority Leader Emeritus of Imo State House of Assemby, Hon Lugard Osuji, has hailed Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, on his 46th birthday.
Osuji described Nwosu “as a rare breed, an embodiment of selflessness and compassion, a seasoned administrator, whose footprints on the sands of time will be indelible to erase”
In his birthday message to the former Chief of Staff, Government House, Owerri, Osuji, who represented Owerri Municipal State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly from 2015-2019, noted that “Uche Nwosu, has thus far demonstrated an uncommon passion for humanity through his philanthropic activities
Osuji added “Your good deeds will never go unnoticed, because you have continued to prove that you are a man of inestimable value, whose enormous contributions to humanity will never go unnoticed.
“As you clock 46, remain strong and never relent in your pursuit for greatness as you remain an asset to your generation”
