Ngor Okpala State Assembly Bye Election:Nwiwu Emerges APGA Candidate

The All Progressive Grand Alliance, Imo State, has  elected Mr. Christoper Nwiwu as candidate for Ngor Okpala State Constituency bye election.

A five man committee constituted by the National Chairman of APGA, Victor Oye  conducted the primary exercise held at Umuneke Ngor in Ngor Okpala LGA on Friday, February 4.

The Committee was headed by Secretary, Imo State Caretaker Committee of APGA, Pastor Alphonsus Eberendu.

Other members of the committee are Ifeanyi Olumba Esq (Secretary), Hon Grace Ugoh (Member), Hon Cosmas Unakalamba (Member) and Chief Charles Akuchie (Member)

The primary exercise was free, fair and credible.

Mr. Nwiwu was returned via voice vote as the consensus candidate of APGA in Imo State for the forthcoming Ngor State State Assembly bye election.

Chairman, APGA, Imo State, John Iwuala, said the nomination of Mr. Nwiwu signals the party’s readiness to win the forthcoming by election
