A frontline aspirant for Ezinihitte Mbaise State House of Assembly Seat, Mrs Vivian Dimgba, has congratulated former Governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, on his 57th birthday.
In her message to the former governor,. Mrs Dimgba said Ihedioha has been consistent and extraordinary in demonstrating what true leadership is all about.
