‘Alex Mbata, Harritex Did Not Hijack Owerri East Development Centre List’ (PRESS STATEMENT)

The Media department of Prince Alex Mbata has debunked allegations in the social media that Prince Mbata and Chief Henry Njoku, (Harritex), hijacked the list of Members of Owerri East Development Centre.

The Statement reads:

The report trending on the social media written by Chief Mike Nwachukwu, alleging that Prince Alex Mbata and Chief Henry Njoku, hijacked the list of those appointed as members of Owerri East Development Centre, is untrue.

The allegations are mere concotions, because the nomination and appointment of members of the Owerri East Development Centre, is not the sole right of Prince Mbata and Chief Henry Njoku (Harritex).

It is the collective duty of stakeholders in the area, and which the Governor has the final approval.

Prince Mbata, by his antecedents, is a man who believes in equality and fairness. He has consistently exhibited such attitude in his business and Philantropic activities.

The allegations are mere distraction to his Senatorial ambition, which has attracted massive support across Owerri zone. The general public are urged to disregard such falsehood.
