Uzodimma Directs All Appointees With Political Ambitions To Quit

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, has directed all appointees in his administration vying for elective offices to resign.

The Governor handed the order at the expanded State Exco meeting on Wednesday.

He further directed that such appointees should tender their resignation letters on or before Monday, May 16.

Uzodimma’s order came on the same day President Muhammadu Buhari had directed Ministers in his cabinet, seeking elective offices to resign on or before May 16
