The All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo East Senatorial candidate, Prince Alex Mbata, has congratulated new Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province, Dr Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji.
He also congratulated the out-gone Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province, AJV Obinna.
Mbata’s message reads “ I most respectfully congratulate the new Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Catholic A Ecclesiastical Province, Dr Lucious Iwejuru Ugorji.
“I remain confident, that as one, who has distinguished himself in God’s vineyard, he will tend to God’s flock in our Diocese
“I urge you to sustain the years of fruitfulness and spiritual growth for the Diocese and parishioners.
“I wish to also express my profound appreciation to the out gone Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province, Most Rev Anthony Obinna, for 28 years of meritorious service, to the Diocese.
“On behalf of my family, friends, and associates, I salute these two great men of honour, whose passion for the work of God is awesome.
