Uzodimma Kicks Off Rural Roads Construction In Imo – Contractors Receive 15% Payment

Governor Hope Uzodimma, has kick started rural roads construction in Imo State

According to a statement from Hope New Media and Electronic Centre, Owerri, this is in line with the administration’s resolve to ensure rural roads receive government attention through quality construction.

The statement reads:

In line with his administration’s resolve to ensure rural roads receives government attention through quality road construction, the shared prosperity government of Gov. Hope Uzodimma begins rural road construction in Imo State as 15% construction fee has been paid to the contractors.

These roads no doubt are of both economic and social importance to rural dwellers and when completed will serve as a link to the state capital which will further enhance development and quality transformation as well as bring the government closer to the people.
