The All Progressives Congress, APC candidate for Owerri Senatorial Zone in 2023 election, Prince Alex Mbata, has assured the people of the zone of quality and fair representation if he is elected.
He gave the assurance when addressing the people of Ngor Okpala during the grand reception of their erudite son, Cajetan Duke, who is the Publicity Secretary of Imo State chapter of APC, held at Nguru Umuaru Civic Center, on Saturday.
Mbata, populary called PAM and his entourage, who were warmly welcomed at the event by a mammoth crowd of men and women of APC and their supporters, stated that he will focus on infrastructure especially on road construction, youth and women empowerment, as well as initiate, sponsor and support bills and motions that are human oriented with a view to harnessing and improving better living conditions of the people.
“If you send me to the Red Chamber I pledge I will do well. Because I know our people need infrastructure, employment, empowerment to have better living. I will fulfill the promise of good and fair representation to the people, I will not fail you nor disappoint you all”.
“I came to Ngor Okpala with my wife and my last child to assure you and pledge that I will not disappoint you, but to do better in the Senate when you elect me.
“I talk and do and I believe that with God we are going to win the election because we are fully prepared. I’m happy to have come to Ngor Okpala to be with you and celebrate Cajetan Duke, who is doing well as Imo State APC Publicity Secretary”.
“We also thank the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, for doing quality roads in the State. He is a good man who I will always support and respect”, Mbata maintained.
Speaking, Chairman of PAM Campaign Organization, Chief Henry Njoku, said “we are not at Ngor Okpala for campaign, but to felicitate with Cajetan Duke. PAM is known for his love and good will to his people. He built roads at Ngwoma and Owerri, a feat which shows that he will do more if given the opportunity at the Senate”.
