*Ex PDP, APC Chieftains In Imo Find Solace In Labour Party*
Senator Chris Anyanwu, who represented Imo East senatorial zone in the senate, Nollywood actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo, were among those from Imo State listed in the 1, 234 members of the Labour party presidential campaign council.
The list was unveiled in Abuja at a news conference, 14 days after campaigns officially kicked off in the country ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
Others who made the list from the state include, erstwhile members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and the All Progressives Congress, APC in the State.
Two former Commissioners who had served in the APC administration of Governor Hope Uzodimma, Chief Fabian Ihekweme and Barr Kingsley Ononuju, were also listed in the campaign council.
Others are former governorship aspirants in the State, Chief Martin Agbaso, and Maxwell Ochiama.
The rest are: Mrs Nma Olebara, Senator Ezenwa Onyewuchi, Henry Chidi Ibe, Chief Chris Asoluka, and Nkechi Nwulu.
