Peter Obi, the Labour Party Presidential candidate, has defeated Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the 2023 presidential election.
Though Tinubu won more local governments, Obi had most of the votes.
According to results released from the 20 local governments, Tinubu won in 11 local governments, while Obi won in nine local governments
Obi polled 582,664, while Tinubu scored 541, 850
