The frequency with which male and female students share a room in university hostels has reached alarming levels, worrying the Commissioner for Education in Imo State, Prof. Johncliff Nwadike.
Prof. Nwadike raised eyebrows about the immoral attitudes present in higher institutions , notably in Imo State, during his lecture at the Imo State University Global Alumni Meeting on Saturday, August 19, 2023 in Owerri.
He denounced the practice of having female students share a bed and room with male students.
He believes that such behavior is sinful and disapproved of by both God and society.
He begged university alumni to take it seriously as a matter of necessity.
