The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, has dismissed the appeal filed against the Deputy Speaker, Imo State, House of Assembly, Rt Hon Amara Iwuanyanwu.
In case no ABJ/FP/SHA/18/2023, Justice N.Shuaibu, affirmed the position of the Election Petition Tribunal judgement, which ruled that Rt Hon Iwuanyanwu won the State Assembly election for Nwangele State Constituency.
