Ahead of the November 11 governorship election in Imo State, all is now set for the Okigwe Political Summit being organized by the Senator for Okigwe Zone, Distinguished Senator Patrick Ndubueze.
The summit will take place on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at the NDDC Hall Okwelle in Onuimo Local Government Area by 10 a.m.
The summit with the theme” November 11 and Imo Charter of Equity: The Gains of Okigwe Zone” will feature the Vice Chancellor of the University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Umuagwo, Prof. Christopher Eze, as the guest speaker, while the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, will be the Special Guest of Honour at the summit.
Political observers say that the summit will be a major event within and outside Okigwe Zone, Already, Senator Patrick Ndubueze has been highly commended for organizing such an all-important summit at this critical stage of Imo political history.
