The All Progressive Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman of South East, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, is a big asset to his generation, Ideato Nation, APC, Governor Hope Uzodimma and the entire people of Imo State.
Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu obviously played veritable and effective role towards the Second Term Victory of Governor Hope Uzodimma who he sees as Godsent to the people of Imo State.
The super philanthropist cum fair politician used his power and influence as the National Vice Chairman of APC South East to canvas, appeal to the psyche of Ideato North in particular and Imo people in general of the need to reelect Governor Hope Uzodimma. Several of his campaigns were done through the Print, Electronic and Social Media, through Bill Boards seen in all major areas of Imo State, through Meetings and Advocacies held in both Abuja, Owerri, South East Region and at the Grassroot Areas.
Because of the vision and pragmatism of Governor Hope Uzodimma in transforming the state Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Recovery, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu did not rest on his oars to add to the victory of the APC governorship candidate in the November 11 2023 poll which was adjudged as free, fair and credible.
The fair minded politician and renowned medical doctor was so resolute, devoted and fully committed to the reelection bid of the Governor that he liaised and cooperated with the people of Ideato North Local Government Area who voted massively for the APC. Their mandate to the Governor was endeared by Arodiogbu’s selfless service to the people of Ideato North particularly Arondizuogu.
The people of Ideato North, especially Arondizuogu clan overwhelmingly gave their votes to the APC guber candidate because of their illustrious son, Dr Ijeomah Arodiogbu, who has done many good things for them.
The people of Ideato North also fully believe that the second tenure of the Governor means the consolidation of his good works which they know they would immensely benefit from given largely to the love the Governor attaches to Ideato Nation.
Hence, few days to the governorship election, Arodiogbu had appealed to the people of Ideato North particularly his Arondizuogu natives to massively vote for Hope Uzodimma to enable him win the poll to consolidate his laudable achievements in the interest of the entire citizens of Imo State.
“I urge you, the good people of Ideato North not to give your votes to any other candidate except Uzodimma. The APC, Uzodimma have done well and deserve a second tenure. I am most delighted to extend my warmest greetings to you all my revered Arondizuogu men and women, young and old, home and in diaspora. As one of you, an indigene, with our overall interest at heart”.
“My name is Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, from Ndiadimoha, Arondizuogu in the Ideato North LGA of Imo State. Aha M Chiri Na Echichi Bu Adimoha(nma) 1 Na Ndi-Adimoha. By the Grace of God, I am the National Vice Chairman Southeast of APC, the biggest Political Party in Africa.
“I believe this message gets to each and every one of you with the common interest of deepening the love, peace, unity and tranquility that had existed from time immemorial in our dear town.
“On that premise, may I seize this opportunity to recall our minds to the past; my inputs and efforts towards the oneness and development of the Arondizuogu Ancient Kingdom and her wellbeing. We all can recall that as an individual even before I ventured into Politics, I never downplayed any opportunity or avenues through which my people, the Arondizuogu natives can benefit from.
“I, as a person, had erected School Structures, through my relationships with government, donated academic equipments for our Schools. I did not embark on those projects because I had any political ambition, but because I have the wellbeing of our Children, community at heart. I have done other development projects like Water Supply and contributions to Electricity projects in our town.
“What about employment of our sons and daughters? Without any equivocation, I, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, had facilitated the enrollment of our people into Federal and State Government jobs.
“While most of them were gainfully employed into the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), others got at Immigrations and other Federal Agencies and Parastatals. I have facilitated a lot of youths from our community to be enrolled in various government Entrepreneurial Programs and they have received start-up funds.
“As a founding member of the Arondizuogu Security Stakeholders Forum, I donated 3 Operational Vehicles in that regard, not forgetting the several Cash Donations for its sustenance.
“On the recent insecurity in the area, I have not been lagging behind to the restoration of normalcy. Nevertheless, we all should be aware that security affair is a collective responsibility”, Arodiogbu added.
Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu is a proponent of democracy, promoter of rule of law and social justice who selflessly, efficiently and effectively worked towards the Second Tenure of Governor Hope Uzodimma at Douglas House.
He so much believes in the Governor who he defined as a pure democrat, a projector of good governance who he said will confidently and patriotically advance social justice, development, economic prosperity, peace, comfort, conviviality, internal and external security in the state, saying the over 5000 youths empowered on technology skills, ongoing employment of primary school teachers through IMSUBEB, agriculture revolution, road construction, rehabilitation, healthcare improvement, harnessing of trade, commerce and industry, including quality and affordable education are going to be clear testimonies of how transformed and renewed Imo State has become.
He prayed that God Almighty who ordains Kings and Queens would imbue the Governor and his apostles with more wisdom, strength, as well as direct them to meet the teething needs of the people.
