Former Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, has met with Abia State Governor, Alex Otti.
The meeting took place at the Isiala Ngwa residence of the Abia State Governor.
Details of the meeting was unknown, but Ihedioha in a post on Facebook wrote “Delighted to have met with my esteemed brother and friend, Governor Alex Otti, at his residence in Isiala Ngwa.
“We had a convivial discussion, even as I confirmed his giant strides in Abia State”
Ihedioha and some top chieftains and stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Imo State had dumped the party citing several factors.
INNONEWS had exclusively reported that Ihedioha may cross over to the Labour Party, LP, to continue his political sojourn.
Otti is the only South East Governor elected on the platform of the Labour Party., LP.
It is believed that Ihedioha may run for the 2027 Imo governorship election
He was sacked as Imo State Governor in January 2020 by the Supreme Court, which replaced him with Hope Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
