Chelsea has made a fresh formal offer to Palmeiras for Brazilian sensation Willian Estevão.
After an initial bid of €32m plus €25m add-ons was rejected, the Blues have returned with an improved proposal worth €65m for the total deal package.
Personal terms have already been agreed upon, with Estevão eager to join Chelsea.
The club plans to attend Palmeiras’ last game before advancing talks to finalize the deal.
