Hansi Flick Takes Over As Barcelona Coach

Hansi Flick has been confirmed as the new head coach of Barcelona, signing a two-year deal until June 2026.

The German manager, who previously led the German national team, has agreed to replace Xavi Hernandez, who was sacked earlier this week.

Flick’s appointment has been facilitated by his agent, Pini Zahavi, and he is set to bring in two German assistants as part of his backroom staff.

The signings are being finalized, and Flick is expected to start work immediately.

The appointment of Flick has sent shockwaves through the football world, with many questioning whether he has the credentials to succeed at a club as big as Barcelona.

However, Flick has a proven track record, having led Bayern Munich to Champions League glory in 2020.
