Super Eagles Suffer Blow as Nathan Tella Withdraws from WCQ Matches

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been dealt a blow as Nathan Tella, a midfielder for Bayer Leverkusen, has excused himself from the upcoming World Cup Qualifier (WCQ) matches due to family reasons.

Tella’s withdrawal comes as a disappointment to the team, as he was expected to play a key role in the crucial matches.

Coach Finidi George has swiftly responded to the setback by calling up Ibrahim Olawoyin of Caykur Rizespor in Turkey as a replacement.

Olawoyin, a talented forward, will join the squad as they prepare to face their opponents in the WCQ matches.
