Arodiogbu Hails Imo Born Princess Owowoh On Her Graduation From Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, National Vice Chairman, South East Zone of All Progressives Congress (APC), has praised 2nd Lt. Princess Oluchukwu Owowoh for her outstanding achievement in graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) in Berkshire, England.

Arodiogbu described Owowoh as a “true Igbo breed” who has made Nigerians and the Igbo people proud, just like General Yakubu Gowon and Lt. Col. Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.

The APC chieftain joined Governor Hope Uzodimma, the Nigerian Army, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in congratulating Owowoh on her remarkable feat.

He also thanked First Lady Senator Remi Tinubu for hosting Owowoh, one of the 135 Officer Cadets who graduated, in recognition of her achievement.

Arodiogbu urged young women in Imo State and Nigeria to emulate Owowoh’s exemplary accomplishment and strive to be the best in their chosen careers.

He noted that the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst has produced many illustrious officers, including General Yakubu Gowon and Lt. Col. Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.

Arodiogbu described Owowoh as an “equation changer” who has altered the tradition by becoming the sole representative of the female gender within the RMAS alumni in the Nigerian Army.

The 24-year-old Owowoh, an indigene of Imo State, graduated during the RMAS sovereign parade in London on April 12, 2024.

Her achievement has been hailed as a remarkable milestone in the history of the Nigerian Army.
