“Billionaires In U.S Funding Organ Trafficking In Nigeria”- GPA Reveals In Shocking Letter To President Bola Tinubu

* Dr.Phillip Njemanze*

Billionaires from the United States are allegedly funding an organ trafficking cartel in Nigeria, according to a shocking revelation by the Global Prolife Alliance (GPA).

In a letter to Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Speaker, Nigeria’s House Of Representatives and signed by Academician (Dr) Philip Njemanze, Chairman, Global Prolife Alliance, GPA, the cartel’s grip on the country’s healthcare system has resulted in the poaching of human organs and ovarian eggs, with millions of lives at stake.

The GPA cited the National Health Act of 2014 (NHAct 2014) as a tool for the cartel’s nefarious activities.

According to them, the cartel’s scheme involves coercing female farmers into purchasing genetically modified seeds in exchange for their ovarian eggs.

Your Excellency,

Title:

ICC Case Against Nigeria: Billionaires from the United States Fund Organ Trafficking Cartel

Introduction:

As members of the Global Prolife Alliance (GPA), we embarked on a courageous journey to stand against the ominous shadows looming over the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our quest for justice led us to the forefront of a battle against the sinister provisions concealed within the National Health Act of 2014 (NHAct 2014), which clandestinely endorse the barbaric practices of Human Organ Trafficking and the ruthless poaching of Human Ovarian Eggs. We have formally brought the case to the attention of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

With hearts heavy with the burden of millions of lives at stake, we relentlessly pursued avenues of communication with the authorities. From heartfelt letters to impassioned pleas broadcasted over the airwaves, we sought to awaken the slumbering conscience of the government. Yet, our cries fell upon deaf ears, and our entreaties were met with cold indifference.

Undeterred by the deafening silence of bureaucracy, we resorted to the halls of justice, seeking refuge within the chambers of the Federal High Court. Alas, even within the sanctum of the law, our pleas for justice were met with disdainful disregard. The entire system has been corrupted with blood money of the Billionaire Sponsored Human Organ Trafficking Cartel.

Our last beacon of hope flickered ominously as we reached out to the Medical and Dental Practitioners Investigative Panel (MDPIP) of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigerians (MDCN). But instead of finding allies in our fight for righteousness, we were met with chilling hostility. The very guardians of medical ethics, entrusted with safeguarding the sanctity of life, turned a blind eye to the plight of the Nigerian people. Their dismissal of our concerns and their sinister threats to silence our whistleblowers served as a chilling confirmation of our worst fears.

As the shadows of corruption deepen, it has become abundantly clear that the Federal Ministry of Health has fallen under the sinister influence of the Human Organ Trafficking Cartel. With the heartless machinations of this criminal syndicate threatening to engulf our nation, the specter of mass casualties looms large on the horizon.

The fate of millions of Nigerians now hangs in the balance, teetering on the brink of an abyss of darkness and despair. Unless we stand united in our resolve to expose the truth and combat this malevolent force, the streets of our beloved nation will soon run red with the blood of the innocent. The time for action is now, for in the face of such unfathomable evil, silence is not an option.

We will discuss the contentious sections of the NHAct (Sections 13, 20, 43, 45, 48, 51, 53, 58, and the definition of gametes) and pitfalls that are obvious to anyone applying common sense.

Biotechnology Companies Sponsoring Terrorism:

The Cartel’s insidious grip tightens around the throat of Nigeria, twisting truth into fiction and victims into villains. Every heinous act perpetrated by these shadowy figures is cunningly disguised as “Islamic Terrorism”, “Boko Haram”, “Fulani Herdsmen” or “Bandits”, a sinister masquerade that blinds the masses to the true horrors unfolding before their eyes.

United States Council on Foreign Relations, a beacon of truth in a sea of lies, has sounded the alarm. From 2015 to 2018, the insidious tendrils of Boko Haram Terrorists claimed the lives of 37,500 innocents in Nigeria. Yet, the truth lies veiled beneath the shroud of deception, for the vast majority of victims were not martyrs to any cause of faith but instead were natural seed growers—God-fearing Muslims (32,000 or 85%) and devout Christians (5,500 or 15%) alike, their blood staining the soil of their homeland. Over 95% of the damage to farms and property occurred in Northern Nigeria where they are predominantly Muslims. One wonders how could this be that 85% of Muslims die, if the cause was “Islamic Terrorism”. However, the facts point in another direction best described as “Biotech Terrorism”. The natural seed-grower farmers were killed in cold-blood by mercenaries hired by biotechnology companies and the Billionaire investor for the purpose to hike Nigeria’s food security.

The chilling truth emerges from the fog of deception: this so-called insurgency is no holy war but a calculated scheme orchestrated by the Billionaire Sponsored Human Organ Trafficking Cartel, their tendrils entwined with the roots of corruption. Their nefarious plot unfolds with sinister precision, coinciding with the introduction of genetically modified (GMO) seeds, seeds that bear no fruit of life but instead serve as a grim harvest for the Cartel. They operate by the mantra “Who controls the food supply controls the people!”

The Cartel’s scheme is diabolically simple: coerce female farmers of the over 14 million registered farmers who were given Electronic Wallet cell phones, into purchasing their cursed GMO seeds, promising bountiful yields in exchange for the most precious of treasures—their ovarian eggs, in a “Food for Eggs” exchange. Across 260 hospitals planned and owned by the Billionaire Sponsor of the Human Organ Trafficking Cartel in Nigeria, the Cartel’s in-vitro fertilization clinics stand poised to plunder the wombs of the nation, their claws sharpened on the edge of desperation. Organs and ovarian eggs will be poached from apparently healthy persons without their consent under the disguise of “Emergency”. They have ensured that organs and ovarian eggs can be collected Without Consent in Section 48 (1) (b) that the consent clause may be waived for medical investigations and treatment in emergency cases;

The donor has not right to give consent for his/her organ to be taken, rather the medical director of the hospital was given the right to authorize organ transplantation in Section 51, which states that: (1) A person shall not remove tissue from a living person for transplantation in another living person or carry out the transplantation of such tissue except:
(a) in a hospital authorized for that purpose; and (b) on the written authority of: (i) the medical practitioner in charge of clinical services in that hospital or any other medical practitioner authorized by him or her; or
(ii) in the case where there is no medical practitioner in charge of the clinical services at that hospital, a medical practitioner authorized thereto by the person in charge of the hospital.

To ensure a high yield of harvested organs, the NHAct 2014 provides for FREE Emergency care, such that the patient with minor injuries who is otherwise healthy, is incentivized to claim emergency, under which his/her own could be poached according to the provisions of Section 20:“(1) A health establishment shall provide free emergency medical treatment and care for any person with an emergency medical condition whether or not an indigene of the country in which the health establishment is located.

Under the NHAct 2014, all organs collected by the Cartel from Nigerians will not be remunerated as stated in Section 53. It is an Offense for a person:- 1(a) who has donated tissue, blood, or a blood product to receive any form of financial or other reward for such donation, except for the reimbursement of reasonable costs incurred by him or her to provide such donation; (b) to sell or trade in tissue blood, blood products except for reasonable payments made in the appropriate health establishment for the procurement of tissues, blood, or blood products; (2) Any person found guilty of an offense under subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine of N100,000 (one hundred thousand naira) or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or to both fine and imprisonment.

The NHAct 2014 permits the poaching of human ovarian eggs. This was deceptively and deliberately crafted by the Cartel. For this purpose, NHA 2014 excluded gametes (ovarian eggs and sperms) in the definition of ‘tissue’: See Interpretation: ‘‘tissue’’ means human tissue and includes flesh, bone, a gland, an organ, skin, bone marrow or body fluid, but excludes blood or a gamete;

It is projected that over 10 million Nigerian women would die within a decade, from complications of ovarian egg poaching called Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome causing renal failure, liver failure, cancers, infections, infertility etc.

The hospitals owned by Nigerian doctors would stand in the way, and must be eliminated under the pretext that they do not meet the International Certificate of Standards for construction of hospitals under Section 13 of the NHAct 2014: Section 13 (1) Without being in possession of a Certificate of Standards, a person, entity, government, or organization shall not: (a) establish, construct, modify or acquire a health establishment, health agency or health technology; (b) increase the number of beds in, or acquire prescribed health technology at a health establishment or health agency; (c) provide prescribed health services; or (d) continue to operate a health establishment, health agency or health technology after the expiration of 24 months from the date this Bill took effect.

The Nigerian doctors in public sector will be sacked and replaced with doctors from outside Nigeria, using the provisions of Section 43 (e): Prescribe strategies for the recruitment and retention of healthcare personnel within the national health system and from anywhere outside Nigeria. And using industrial action as a cover to apply Section 45(3) Where the disruption of health services has occurred in any sector of the National Health System, the Minister shall apply all reasonable measures to ensure a return to normalcy of any such disruption within fourteen days of the occurrence thereof.

The Cartel and their doctors could hide their crimes since according to the provisions of the NHAct 2014 only their doctors can authorize post-mortem examinations in Section 58. (2) A post-mortem examination may not take place unless – (a) the medical practitioner in charge of clinical services in the hospital or authorized institution or of the mortuary in question, or any other medical practitioner authorized by such practitioner has authorized the post-mortem examination in writing and in the prescribed manner;

With the precision of a surgeon’s scalpel, the Cartel’s reach extends far beyond the confines of the physical world. Leveraging the power of satellites, cell phone (electronic Wallets) Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, and cutting-edge mapping software, they craft a web of surveillance that ensnares the entire nation in its suffocating embrace. A constellation of satellites were launched into orbit by the Billionaire Sponsor of the Human Organ Trafficking Cartel.

Under the deception of Polio Eradication Program sponsored by the Billionaire, they undertake remote sensing of the entire area of Nigeria. Piece by painstaking piece, the Cartel weaves together the threads of data, transforming raw information into intricate Geographic Information Systems (GIS). These digital cartographies are more than mere maps—they are windows into the soul of Nigeria, revealing its deepest secrets with chilling clarity. At the same time, the Billionaire’s paid local and international press posts several false stories of mapping for Eradication of Polio Wild type variant.

However, the truth reveals a more sinister objective. Armed with this arsenal of geospatial intelligence, the Cartel’s mercenaries become ghostly apparitions, haunting the digital landscape with silent precision. With every keystroke, they track their prey in real-time, their eyes piercing through the veil of darkness to pinpoint the exact location of their farmer-victims and the unwitting Nigerian security personnel who dare to stand in their way.

As the shadows deepen and the night draws near, the streets of Nigeria become a battlefield, where the forces of light and darkness clash in a deadly dance of survival. In this digital wilderness, where every move is monitored and every breath is counted, the line between hunter and hunted blurs into nothingness.

For President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, tasked with the impossible burden of safeguarding the nation’s soul, the stakes have never been higher. With the Cartel’s grip tightening around the throat of Nigeria, every decision becomes a matter of life and death. In the face of such overwhelming odds, only one thing is certain: failure is not an option.

Amidst the shadows of despair, there shines a glimmer of hope—a beacon of unity and determination that refuses to be extinguished. As we stand at the precipice of a national emergency, let us embrace the power of collective action and rise above the darkness that threatens to engulf our beloved Nigeria.

In this time of trial, we advocate for bold and decisive measures to address the root causes of our nation’s plight. Here are the remedies we propose:

  1. A radical reorganization of the Federal Ministry of Health and its affiliated agencies, coupled with a change in leadership at the highest levels. A thorough inquest into the actions of past and present leadership, dating back to the inception of the National Health Act in 2014, will ensure accountability and pave the way for a brighter future. The offences committed in these acts of facilitating foreigners to poach organs of Nigerians, rise to the level of Treasonable Felony.
  2. Similar NASS inquests should be conducted in the Federal Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, as well as the Federal Ministry of Environment. Testimonies from key pioneer figures of this program since 2014, such as former minister of Agriculture: Dr. Akinwumi Adesina and the former Senior Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Agriculture: William Henry Gates III, popularly known as Bill Gates, will shed light on the origins of our current predicament and guide us toward effective solutions.
  3. We call upon the National Assembly to repeal the National Health Act of 2014 and the National Biosafety Management Agency (MBMA) Act of 2015. These legislative measures have proven to be inadequate and redundant, hindering rather than promoting the health and well-being of our citizens.
  4. A complete ban on the importation and cultivation of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) foods is imperative to safeguard our nation’s food security and protect the integrity of our natural resources. Following the lead of the European Parliament, we must reject any form of artificial manipulation of our food supply and uphold the principles of traditional farming practices.
  5. Nigeria must take a stand on the global stage by filing a claim suit of at least One Trillion USD, at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against some countries of the G8 and their multilateral agencies and foundations that have undermined our national food security, using deceptive grants-in-aid programs. Together, we will hold accountable those biotechnology companies who seek to profit at the expense of our people’s well-being.

As we chart a course toward a brighter future, let us also recognize the power of perception in shaping our collective destiny. We call for a National Assembly resolution to ban the use of the term ‘Islamic terrorism in the print and electronic media,’ which breeds division and threatens to tear our nation apart. Moreover, the Muslim victims have been tagged the villains. Instead, let us embrace unity and tolerance as the guiding principles of our society.

The time for action is now. The fate of Nigeria hangs in the balance, but with courage and determination, we will emerge victorious against the forces of darkness. Let us stand together, united in purpose and resolve, as we forge a path toward a brighter tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Academician Prince Dr Philip C. Njemanze MD (Hons)
