Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has been commended for appointing Mr.Collins Opurozor as Special Adviser on Electronic and Creative Media.
Opurozor is among 55 Special Advisers and 10 Senior Special Assistants appointed by the Governor on Thursday
