Elder statesman, Chief Chukwudi Opara (Udorchimara Emii), who is also Hope Rising Coordinator for Owerri North LGA, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon Lucky Abaraonye on his resounding victory as Executive Chairman of Owerri North Local Government Area in Imo State in the just concluded local government election held in the State.

He also expressed confidence in Abaraonye’s ability to deliver on his campaign promises, urging him to strive for excellence immediately he assumes office as Executive Chairman.
