Hon Lady Blessing Nwaoba (aka Lady B) Slated For 2024 Fellowship Investiture

The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) is set to honor 646 distinguished bankers and industry leaders, including Hon. Lady Blessing Ifeyinwa Nwaoba, MD/CEO of Imo State Microfinance Bank Limited, at its 2024 Fellowship Investiture ceremony come October 26th 2024.

The Ihitteuboma born certified banker and seasoned technocrat, Hon. Lady Blessing Ifeyinwa Nwaoba was a former Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Imo State on Community Relations and Board Member representing the South East on the Board of FCT Internal Revenue Service. She will be recognized for her outstanding contributions to the banking industry and economy.
Her remarkable achievements, including being a member of the UNWomen Civil Society Advisory Group and a Fellow of the Institute of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, have earned her a place among this year’s awardees.

The event, scheduled for October 26, 2024, at Harbour Points Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, will feature a keynote address by Prof. Adeola Adenikinju, President of the Nigerian Economic Society. His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, in Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, will be the Special Guest of Honour, while Dr. Stella Chinyelu Okoli, OON, Group Managing Director/CEO of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, will chair the occasion ¹.
