By Dr.Uzoma Obiyo

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the Multi- net Group Ltd., we express our profound grief over the loss of a man of unquestionable character, a stalwart of Ndi-igbo, a quintessential statesman, distinguished chieftian, and a founding father of a modern- day Imo State. Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu (Ahaejiagamba Ndiigbo), OFR, MFR, CFR, GCRF, FNSE, KSC, DSSRS, JP, the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide.

His peaceful passing is not only a significant loss to his family but to all who deeply admired him. He was a man who touched countless lives and left an indelible marks on the hearts of many and on the history of Ndi- Igbo and Nigeria.

Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu was more than just a a leader; he was a father figure to many, a guiding light whose life exemplified values of compassion, strength and unwavering dedication. He selflessly gave of himself to enrich the lives of others, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience and boundless generosity. His tireless efforts to promote the well- being of the community, his contributions to sports, education and human development, and his countless acts of kindness will never be forgotten.

Chief Iwuanyanwu’s passing during the time of national political and economic reforms is a blow to all progressive- minded Ndi-Igbo and Nigerians. Yet, we find solace that his spirit lives on through the many lives he touched and the positive changes he inspired. His life was a testament to living with purpose and grace, and his legacy will continue to guide us as we strive to follow the path of service and excellence that he so vividly demonstrated.

We pray that God wraps his comforting arms around his immediate family during this time of grief, granting them the strenght to bear the immense loss.

May his family find peace in the cherished memories he left behind and the profound impact he made on this world.

Ahaejiagamba has fought a good fight and finished his race. As the Scripture reminds us.

“Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.” Isaiah 57:2.
