United States billionaire and founder of Bill and Malinda Gates foundation,Mr Bill Gates has seriously committed his resources to promote nutrition, food security and birth control programmes in Africa. His foundation has sunk billions of Dollars into these projects with the purported claims of improving food security and reproductive health among Africans.

Primarily, his foundation has devoted chunks of money to promote Genetically Modified Organisms and foods as part of his assumed commitment to achieving food security in Africa. Is Bill Gates truly committed to promoting the well being of Africans? Is there no sinister motive behind these?
Bill Gates is among notable globalists and promoters of World Economic Forum, WEF, suspected in certain quarters of having dangerous economic and health programmes aimed at checking or depopulating Africa. For close to a decade or more, he has been at the fore front to promote these causes in Africa with sprinkles of opposition from alert African intellectuals, who are suspicious of his intentions. Some view his intentions as sinister and inhumane, while majority of Africa’s leaders embrace him warmly.
Sometime ago he visited Nigeria and even allegedly attended National Economic Council meeting. Haba! Bill Gates attending such a high profile meeting? How many times has his country or Europe granted him such right to attend such delicate internal meetings?
According to reports, he has mapped out more than two billion dollars to promote primary healthcare, nutrition and food security in Nigeria. Core aspect of his food security might be to achieve improved crop varieties through genetically modified organisms and food products.
Genetically Modified Organisms are plants and animals with one or two alterations made in their genomes by hitech genetic engineering. GMO foods are foods with altered DNAs. Corn, Soyabeans cotton and other varieties have undergone this process.
While public opinion is in favour of using this biotechnology in cotton production and other non edible products, there is almost majority disapproval of GMO foods in Europe and America as will be explained in subsequent paragraphs.
GMO plants and foods have been very contentious issues in the United States, Europe and Asia. Brave intellectuals, leaders and faith based organizations have vehemently opposed genetically modified organisms and foods for lack of confidence in their safety . Europe, America and Asia as global knowledge– driven countries are very suspicious of GMO foods and people like Bill Gates are championing them in Africa with the consent of Africa’s leaders.
Europe has consistently opposed GMO plants and foods with public protests for various cultural and health reasons, but the globalists are pushing it forward using food security and climate change as excuse, but governments and the public have remained adamantly opposed to their position and antics, not minding that agronomists in Europe and America have been serious in achieving measures to help farmers with genetically modified biotechnology to improve yields.
Europe and the United States, in spite of being pioneers of biotechnology are very sceptical about GMO plants and foods, while they are not opposed to traditional and natural means of achieving breakthroughs in food production. There is high suspicion among elites and leaders of these progressive scientific countries that plants and foods with altered genetics would cause serious health hazards to their populations, even when some scientific communities have approved them to be safe. As countries that prioritize the health of their citizens the fear of the unknown has compelled them to ignore these food products, yet Africa has not been suspicious in the least of the anticipated dangers.
To prove the seriousness of European countries against GMO foods, in 2015, a European Commission rule was passed to allow countries to opt out of growing Genetically Modified Organisms, GMO, crops, while some countries have already placed ban on them EU countries like Italy, Austria, Scotland, France, Greece and Germany have placed ban on them.
The underlying fear is that these countries are not sure that artificial altering of plant genes by any biogenetic means without long term assessment of its health consequences, no matter the present support it has from the scientific community may have harmful effects on their populations.
European Union countries have only been encouraged to import GMO soya beans from the United States and South America because of its use in livestock feed production.
To highlight fears over GMO foods, a research conducted by PEW Research Center in twenty countries, including the United States between 2019 and 2020 found that 48% of respondents viewed GMO foods as unsafe, while 18% believed they were safe. In the same vein, 70% of surveyed respondents in Russia believed GMO foods were unsafe.67% of respondents in Poland and 62% of respondents in Italy did not vouch for its safety. Only 27% of respondents in both Canada and the United States believed in the safety of GMO foods.
The National Academies of Science Engineering and Medicine of the United States in a 2016 report said that GMO crops and products made with them are safe. If the GMO products of these public acclaimed institutions in the US should be accepted to be safe, what of those carried out by other privately funded research centers with sinister agenda?
In Europe, EU Food Safety Authority approved GMO foods, yet countries of Europe refuse to give wholesale approval, while Poland has completely banned them.
Italy has brazenly banned Bill Gates synthetic meat. Italy became the first country to take the drastic measure after numerous studies found the lab—–grown fake meat unhealthy, cancer causing.
A report said Italy’s Health Minister, Orazio Schillaci made his country’s position known. The resolution called for a commitment to ban the production and marketing of it within its territory.
Bill Gates championing of GMO foods has looked very suspicious and antithetical to common logic viewed against the fact that he and his family do not consume synthetic and genetically modified foods.
A report said Bill Gates former long term Chef, disclosed that his former employer (Bill Gates) and his family never consumed plant based fake meat burger or synthetically grown foods.
The contradiction is suspicious that a man who does not consume such foods is pushing forward his lab—- grown ultra processed products for consumers while his own family was strictly banned from using them. His family dinner table was laden with “organic and grass fed lean beef , salmon and other natural products, which Gates has vowed to price out of reach for ordinary consumers”.
Bill Gates and members of World Economic Forum are said to have highly approved synthetic meat as “solution to so called climate change” Bill Gates synthetic meat products are said to increase the rate of severe heart diseases and premature death.” Please can Gates and his allies tell the whole world how many times they have tasted these products?
According to the report, researchers at the University of Sao Paulo and Imperial College, London assessed the diets of 118,000 people living in the United Kingdom, aged between 40–69 years old. The study published in Lancet Regional Health, found that those who ate Bill Gates fake meat products became severely sick, disease– ridden within a matter of months.
Against the backdrop of European countries’ sceptical view of genetically modified organisms and foods in spite of their leading roles I in science and research and irrespective of the fact that agro biotech activities are done in their countries as to erase suspicion about clandestine organisations’ manipulations of the organisms and foods, it is very logical for Nigerian elite journalists, politicians, activists and intellectuals to embark on multi sectoral sensitization of local farmers and stake holders to apply caution in accepting GMO crops packaged outside Nigeria.
The fears that genetic alterations can be laced with dangerous elements to cause harm on human beings or to achieve sterilization, especially if packaged outside the shores of Africa, as suspected by pro—- life theorists, apologetic to African interests, it is logical to make a retreat. Nigeria cannot boast of the scientific independence to assure its citizens that such crops and foods would not have underlying dangerous implications on her populations. Bio genetically manipulated crops packaged outside Nigeria would not be planted by Nigerian farmers, except after though independent genetic analysis.
Since European countries and Africa’s trading partners are not hundred percent sure of GMO plants and organisms, Nigerian government and farmers have to take a cue from European Union countries. The rural Nigerian farmers have no sophisticated international exposure to read in between lines in the clandestine plots against Africa, even the political leaders can neither understand the intricacies of global power politics nor can they be said to be vigilant to suspect foul play once mention of aid is involved.
The r dangerous economic consequence on Nigeria may include boycotting of her farm products by her European and American trading partners for fear of infiltration into their countries by GMO plants bye products already banned in their own countries. But more than anything else, the fear of their deadly consequences on the population is a more compelling factor that should be considered by Nigeria.
In both Europe and the United States, the preference for natural foods is very high. Nigeria with her arable fertile land mass may not even need dubious bio engineered plants to achieve food security. Again, any move for biotechnological interventions must be initiated and totally supervised by domestic hands without foreign influence.
Bill Gates and his globalists should focus attention on the countless homeless Americans and destitutes, including drug addicts on the streets of the United States and find ways to rehabilitate them or send money to home based researchers in Africa to improve agriculture and health Care than the way his vaccines and programmes are designed abroad for implementation and consumption in Africa. Why is Gates interested in vaccinating our young girls when Nigeria, nay Africa need well equipped technical institutes to train youths for sustainable development? Africa must beware of suspicious Western philantropists, lest we become sterilized and depopulated! Africa, Nigeria beware!!!.
