Nentawe Yilwatda, national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has disclosed that notable members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) will formally join the ruling party next week.

Yilwatda made the revelation on Friday during a meeting with APC stakeholders in Jos, the Plateau state capital, where he said the development signals a new wave of defections into the party ahead of key political realignments.
“Next week, I will be receiving some notable figures from the ADC, Some of those who had earlier defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ADC are now returning to the APC. Many of them have completed their medicals and will be officially unveiled next week.”Yilwatda said
The APC chairman added that in two weeks’ time, another “big figure” will be presented to the public after finalizing his medical checks, stressing that the party remains open to accommodating credible leaders committed to advancing the ruling party’s vision.
