APC Disowns ‘2027 Election Timetable’, Labels Document Fake

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed a widely circulated document claiming to outline activities for the 2027 general elections, describing it as fake and misleading.

In a statement issued by its National Organising Secretary, , the party said the document did not originate from his office or any authorised channel of the APC.

Argungu stated unequivocally that the party has not released any timetable or schedule relating to the 2027 elections, contrary to claims contained in the circulating material.

He warned that the document was designed to misinform the public and create confusion among party members and stakeholders.

The APC urged its supporters and the general public to ignore the document entirely, stressing that it holds no official backing.

The party further advised that only information disseminated through its recognised communication channels should be regarded as authentic.

It reiterated its commitment to transparency and proper communication, cautioning against the spread of unverified political information.
