The Federal High Court, Abuja, has deferred hearing of the matter brought before it by former Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.
He is challenging the probe for alleged corruption by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The hearing originally scheduled for Tuesday, to await the decision of the outgoing Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Adamu Abdu Kafarati following the letter written by the EFCC requesting the re- assignment of the cases to another judge of the court.

Justice Taiwo adjourned the case to July 2
Only the Inspector General of Police joined as the 2nd respondent was not present at the proceedings.
The other respondents- the Attorney General of the Federation, the State Security Service, the EFCC, the ICPC, Code of Conduct Bureau sent lawyers to the proceedings.
