The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Imo State, has fecilitated with Governor Hope Uzodimma on the one day working visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the State.
A statement by released by the union reads:
The executives and members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Imo State Council do felicitate with the Executive Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma and the good people of Imo State on the recent working visit of the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari to the Eastern Heartland -Imo State.
Our President, we appreciate your working visit to Imo State, which provided you the opportunity to commission some completed projects of our dear Governor, especially the Balloon Tunnel, which is a landmark project by the 3R Administration.
We equally commend the Executive Governor of Imo State, Distingushed Senator Hope Uzodimma and his team for successfully bringing Mr President to Imo State on a working visit for the first time.
This gesture has proven the capacity of the Governor in handling the governance of the State and his leadership in the Southeast Zone.
It is our prayer that God will continue to sustain him with favour and grace to serve Ndimo to His glory.
