Owerri Residents Groan Over Ban On Keke

Residents of Owerri woke up Wednesday morning to observe the absence of Keke riders in the roads.

Governor Rochas Okorocha had ordered the ban of Keke operators in Owerri metropolis.

Most residents had to trek long distances to their destinations, while workers had a herculean task going to their places of work.

Our reporter observed that no Keke was on the road which means total compliance to the ban.
