The Abia State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has joined its brother Councils across the South East (Zone C) to celebrate the emergence of Comrade Ezenwa Adiuku as the Vice President of the Zone.
In a press release signed by its Chairman, Comrade Chidi Asonye, and Secretary, Comrade Iyke Onuegbu, the Abia Council expressed joy over the new leadership while thanking the National Executive Committee (NEC) for recognizing the hard work and round-the-clock commitment of the new Zonal Vice President, Comrade Adiuku.
The Abia NUJ also pledged its support and offered prayers for the new leadership of the zone, noting that the VP is “a round peg in a round hole” who will take the zone to greater heights.
