In Igbo lexicology, the word “ezigbo mmanu” is a literal coinage of a structural principle that defines the value, integrity, dignity, and inner behavioural character pattern of an individual. It is a metaphorical expression descriptive of good character or positive moral conduct in a person.

In Igbo literature, a person is referred to as ezigbo mmanu, if such person possesses good conduct or moral fibre – human qualities that are highly emulatory.
Also, Ezigbo mmadu is not only descriptive of a person’s character or conduct, it is also expressive of a person who is equable, unflappable, decorous, levelheaded, and humble in spirit.
In Igbo land, an Ezigbo mmadu, apart from the possession of good moral conduct, such a person must have a sense of respect and loyalty to the preternatural forces that rule in the cosmic order.

By all standard, Sir Jude Chika Ejiogu can be described as an embodiment of “Ezigbo mmadu.” Judging from his character disposition, which cuts across humility, gentility, respect, and self-maturity, which he has continued to ennoble. His self-respect has remained legendary. Demonstrating intellectual prowess, social renown, political mastery, administrative prestidigitation, friendly fineness, character sweetness, and dispositional maturity. The name “JudeEjiogu” has remained a brand every government in the state will always like to associate with. He has excelled in different leadership positions he occupied where he ennobled with remarkable skill, exceptional diligence, elegance, and busting panache. Jude Ejiogu is one of the leaders in the state who maintains self-respect and decency, which is today a model of leadership culture.
