Tinubu’s Visit To Imo: NDDC Youths Owerri Zone Praise Governor, Kyrian Uchegbu

Owerri Zone Niger Delta youths have praised Governor Hope Uzodimma for bringing President Ahmed Bola Tinubu to Imo State to formally commission some signatory projects initiated and executed by the APC and the 3R administration.

These signatory projects include the 26-kilometer Owerri/Mbaise/Obowo Umuahia Roads, the new Flyover at Assumpta Cathedral/Control Post Roundabout, the iconic Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre (EIICC), Owerri.

Speaking in Owerri on Tuesday, Coordinator of Niger Delta Owerri Zone Youth, Hon. Okereke Godson Bishop, said these quality projects and others earlier executed by the 3R administration will enable productivity, enhance socialization, attract tourists and increase revenue generation in the state.

According to Okereke, these projects, would not only strengthen productivity, connectivity and commerce and industry in the state, but also stand as lasting legacies for actual transformation.

Okereke who is a strong member of APC and an illustrious son of Ngor-Okpala, said the Governor of Imo State has done well in all areas of governance since he mounted the Douglas House throne, saying the book, “A Decade Of Impactful Progressive Governance In Nigeria,” written by him, is a masterly compendium of the APC administration since inception, gains, values, and challenges.

Therefore, he heartily lauded the Governor for achieving great feats, assuring him of the continued support of Owerri Zone Niger Delta youths, who he said are very pleased with his leadership pattern.

However, the youth have hailed the Imo State representative at the NDDC Board, Hon. Kyrian Uchegbu, for mobilizing thousands of youths from the Niger Delta Region as a show of solidarity and for standing tall, supporting the Governor and the President to deliver democratic governance and dividends to the people and embracing the youth in NDDC activities, urging him to do more in lifting youths to economic prosperity.

He remarked that the visit of the President to Imo State was a clear testament to the political will, leadership pragmatism and capability of Governor Hope Uzodimma, who he sees as a nice man who has passion for excellence.
