The apex youth body in Orlu Senatorial Zone, Orluzurumee Youth Assembly (OYA), has congratulated an erudite scholar, Prof. Emeka E. Oguzie, as he delivers the Federal University of Technology Owerri’s (FUTO) 39th Inaugural Lecture.
The lecture, titled “Nature-Inspired Materials Protection: Bridging Degradation Science and the Green Energy Revolution,” is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Professor C.O.E. Onwuliri Conference Hall, FUTO, by 12 noon.
In a congratulatory message signed by its President, Prince Izunna Obiefule, and Publicity Secretary, Ikenna Orioha, and made available to the media in Owerri on Monday, the group described Prof. Oguzie as a worthy and distinguished son of Orlu Zone.
The youth body commended him for his immense contributions to the advancement of knowledge, the development of the university, and the betterment of society.
“Orluzurumee Youth Assembly, on behalf of the youth of Orlu Senatorial Zone, heartily felicitates with our erudite Professor Emeka E. Oguzie as he delivers the Federal University of Technology Owerri’s 39th Inaugural Lecture,” the statement read.
“We pray to God Almighty to sustain your intellectual strength and wisdom as you continue to impact humanity and society through FUTO,” the youth leaders added.
