It is with immense joy, gratitude and pride that the People First Mandate expresses its sincere appreciation to the Leader of Abia APC and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, and the Abia State APC Chairman, Hon. Chijioke Chukwu, for recognising Prof. Philips Nto by nominating him as a member of the Abia APC Presidential Campaign Council and giving him the distinguished opportunity to deliver the keynote address at the council’s inauguration.
This gesture means a great deal to us. It is a source of immense pride to see one of our own recognised and entrusted with such an important responsibility. We regard this honour as a reflection of Prof. Nto’s years of service, leadership experience, academic accomplishments and contributions to society.
We deeply appreciate Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu for his inclusive leadership and sustained efforts to strengthen the APC in Abia State. His commitment to bringing stakeholders together, expanding the party’s political presence and creating opportunities for experienced individuals to contribute to its growth deserves recognition. We also commend Hon. Chijioke Chukwu for his commitment to party administration, coordination and grassroots organisation. Their recognition of Prof. Nto reflects the importance of experience, merit and collective contribution in building a stronger political organisation.
Prof. Nto is an accomplished academic, seasoned administrator and respected public figure. We are confident that his wealth of experience, networks and leadership qualities will add significant value to the Presidential Campaign Council. His inclusion is not only a personal honour but also an encouragement to his community and all those who believe in purposeful service and leadership.
We also express our appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his leadership and the Renewed Hope Agenda. The People First Mandate remains firmly committed to his re-election in 2027 and the success of all APC candidates. We are campaigning vigorously, mobilising at the grassroots, engaging stakeholders and reaching out to communities in support of the President and the APC. We remain optimistic and committed to contributing our part towards the party’s 5/5 victory aspiration in Abia State in the forthcoming elections.
We believe that with Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu’s leadership, Hon. Chijioke Chukwu’s coordination and the contributions of experienced stakeholders such as Prof. Philips Nto, the APC in Abia State can continue to strengthen its unity, organisation and grassroots engagement. We look forward to greater cooperation among party leaders, members and supporters in pursuit of our shared objectives.
Once again, we say a big thank you to Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu and Hon. Chijioke Chukwu for recognising Prof. Philips Nto and giving him this opportunity to serve. We congratulate our leader on this well-deserved honour and celebrate this moment with the people of Ututu, Arochukwu, Abia North and the entire Abia APC family.
