Reuters Africa yesterday reported that Nigeria’ President Muhammadu Buhari will not return to the country soon.
It quoted Presidency sources saying that Buhari’s doctors will need to carry out test on him on Monday (today) and the  test results will determine when he will return home.
The report is coming on the heels of a previous report where a Presidency source had said the ailing President would be returning by then.
Since President Buhari’s went on medical treatment in the Uk for undisclosed ailment, his Vice, Yemi Osibanjo, has been running the affairs of Nigeria. Pressure has been mounting on the Acting President to sign the 2017 Budget and other key decisions of government.
Speaker of the House of Representatives had said the Budget would be signed into law the following week after months of delays.
