The Nigeria Democratic Congress Party, NDCP has said it is ready to take over governance in Imo State having marshaled out plans to ensure it is elected by the masses at the polls.

State Chairman of the party, Barr Patrick Ibekwe told newsmen in Owerri shortly after the party’s exco meeting that the party is focused, target oriented and set to transform the State and the country in general.

He said the party’s manifesto is anchored on economic growth, encouraging women and youth empowerment, environmental and infrastructural development and more importantly ensuring good governance.

” In 2019, our party is coming fully to effect effective change in the State” he said.

He said Imo people have been in bondage in the last seven years urging Imolites to ensure they get their permanent voters card to effect the real change in 2019 by voting for the NDCP.
