The Judicial Commission of Inquiry on award of contracts in Imo State, has issued “final invitation” to former Governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha.
The panel led by Justice Benjamin Iheaka also invited the 2019 Action Alliance, AA governorship candidate, Uche Nwosu, former principal Secretary, Dr Paschal Obi, who also represents Ideato Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
Three federal lawmakers were also invited by the panel including former Accountant General of the State, Mrs Nathan Udogwu and former Permanent Secretary, Mrs L.N Asuzu.
The panel said it is issuing “final notice” to those it invited.
“Final hearing Notice is hereby served on the persons and companies listed in the said scheduled hereto to the effect that following the lifting of ban on flights and relaxation of the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, the inquiry from the said persons and companies have been scheduled.
“Invited persons and companies are enjoined to appear Tuesday 21 July 2020 at l0am, High Court, Port Harcourt Road Owerri is the premises. The notice says default of appearance on the notice is at the risk of defaulter
