…Lauds Gov over pilgrim sponsorship to Holy Lands
The Special Adviser to Imo State Governor on Election Management, Sir Chief Martins Ejiogu (Ochendu), has told the women, men, and youths of Orlu Senatorial Zone to vote largely for the All Progressives Congress, APC, guber candidate, Senator Hope Uzodimma, in the November 11, 2023, election to add to his victory.
He made the plea in Owerri when he spoke at the summit held by the people of Orlu Senatorial District on Sunday in the Orlu community.
Ejiogu, an illustrious son of Isu LGA and a renowned politician, enjoined the people to remain steadfast in their resolve to give their 100% ballots to the Governor in the forthcoming election, mentioning that their numerical strength is very overwhelming and would largely add to the victory of the Governor, who he said loves them dearly and would stop at nothing to stop insecurity and hardship in Imo State, especially in Orlu Senatorial District.
The fair-minded politician, who heartily congratulated the women of the zone for showering enormous love on the wife of the governor, Barr. Chioma Uzodimma, who he defined as a good woman who is meek, caring, thoughtful, kind, respectful, and virtuous,
Adjudging the Summit as topical and unifying, the SA on Election Management to the Governor encouraged the people not to relent in their move to add to the reelection of Governor Hope Uzodimma, who he said is visionary and pragmatically committed to evenly advance democratic governance geared towards alleviating poverty, suffering, crime, insecurity, and underdevelopment in the state.
Ejiogu, who has been contributing efficiently towards the reelection of Uzodimma, told other eligible voters of the state to consider the governor and give him their mandate to enable him to consolidate good governance for the actual redemption and edification of Imo State, where peace and security, social development, and economic prosperity would reign effectively.
According to Ejiogu, “Governor Hope Uzodimma and his amiable wife, Barr. Chioma Uzodimma, are good people who have hearts of gold. They will continue the good work they have been doing in the state when Uzodimma is reelected. I appeal to Imo people to give their mandate to APC, and you will not regret it.”.
In a related development, Ejiogu commended the governor for prudently sponsoring Christians and Muslims in Imo State to pilgrimage in Israel and Jordan, even as he observed that the feat had drawn God closer to Imo State, hence the peace and success of the 3R-led administration, saying the over 500 people who attended the pilgrimage in the Holy Lands are an added advantage to the victory of the APC in the November 11, 2023, gubernatorial contest.
